how do bouquet subscriptions work?
By pre-paying for your subscription, it allows us to purchase seeds, growing supplies, bouquet wraps and more to help set us up for the season to come.
For spring subscriptions, your payment covers 4 weeks {4 bouquets} of the freshest blooms that Lassen County, CA has to offer.
where do i pick up my flowers?
You decide which city you want to pick your bouquet up at (Susanville or Janesville, CA), and sit back and relax until the blooms are starting to wake up from their winter slumber.
when do i start picking up my flowers?
Once subscriptions have closed, we will send out a welcome email announce the start date of the season, pick up day +time, along with any other details you may need.
can i gift a subscription to someone?
You sure can! A subscription would make a great birthday, valentines day, or just because present. Just let us know in the checkout notes if you are wanting to gift one, and include the recipients name, phone number, and if possible email (or the best way to get ahold of them) and we will get in contact with them.
what types of flowers can i expect to see in my bouquet ?
In the fall of 2021, we planted over 3000 specialty (we’re talking ruffles, doubles, fringed, peony shaped) tulip bulbs, along with a unique selection of specialty daffodils, just waiting to grace your table. We are also planting other spring favorites such as ranunculus. larkspur, foxglove, sweet peas, snapdragons, German chamomile, bachelor button and more!
what happens if i am out of town?
You have a few options:
if you’d like to gift your bouquet to a friend, we can add their name to the list for that week, and they can pick up your bouquet
if growing conditions are favorable, we may be able to double up your bouquets one week, or potentially roll it over to an additional week at the end
we can donate your bouquet to someone in need, and help put a smile on their face
what happens if i forget to pick my flowers up?
We totally get it and forget things ourselves! Message us to let us know you missed a pickup and we will add your first missed bouquet as an additional week to the subscription. After the first time, we will donate any left bouquets to local businesses in town.
